Carolina was the Head of School in Victoria School in Hong Kong and Shanghai before moving to Singapore with her 3 children. She is a Coordinator and Consultant for the International Baccalaureate Organisation and an active parent volunteer at the UWC in Singapore. She has a Masters in Linguistics from the University of British Columbia.
